Yes. We publish information; you import personally, within China's published allowances (400 sticks/year, duty paid). Thousands of residents do exactly this. We walk you through the numbers before you spend a cent.
Never. No inventory, no brokering, no commissions from retailers. You buy directly from the retailer on their website — we just make sure you never miss the stock and never misjudge the landed cost.
Plain email. Essentials rides our regular 10-minute sweeps; Premium and Founding get the hot radar — sold-out cigars you watch are re-checked every minute, and the alert leaves within seconds of a restock. Works on any phone, any country. Telegram channel is on the roadmap.
Two tracks. Membership is what you pay for: Essentials ($68) unlocks the live shelf, both calculators and alerts on regular sweeps; Premium ($178) doubles your watch slots and puts your sold-out watches on the minute-by-minute hot radar; Founding ($238, 26 seats ever) carries every Premium feature plus a lifetime price lock and the permanent wax-seal badge — it costs more than Premium on purpose; the seat is the point. Ash ranks are what you cannot pay for: they grow with tenure only, adding watch slots and perks over time. Money buys function; only time buys rank.
